What I do is spray the white pad of a band-aid and wrap it around my penis, covering the sensitive spot. I use 2-3 squirts into the pad, rub the band-aid against itself, and make sure it's tight enough to stay pressed against the skin. 30 minutes later, I remove the band-aid, and brush my finger over the sensitive spot... if I've used enough, there's no sensation whatsoever there, but everywhere else is fine.

Ultimately I'd like to see if I can work on reducing the amount needed... the more sex I have without the sensitive spot, the more my brain is getting trained to ignore it. Would love to not need it at all some day. I'm only giving the product four stars because the spray is too wide and wasteful... In our opinion K-Y Duration Spray may be a useful tool for some men, in the fight against premature ejaculation for some men - but it still leaves much to be desired as a premature ejaculation treatment. K-Y Duration Spray does have some negative side effects for not only the man - but also his sexual partner. Many women in studies on numbing sprays suffered from "vaginal burning" as a result of the numbing effects of the ingredients - which are essentially used as a topical painkiller. The way K-Y Duration Spray works is by numbing the head of the penis, decreasing sensation and making sex less pleasurable and enjoyable.
